The spec sheet.

Six trades, usually six vendors, usually six finger-pointing contests. Here it is one line of work, wired on one backbone.

Six trades. One backbone.
One number to call.

Every device terminates in one labeled rack. When something blinks at 1am, nobody argues about whose wire it is — it is ours, and we answer.

Walkthrough to watching.

  1. 01

    Survey

We walk the site, map sightlines and dead zones, and scope the network everything rides on. You get a coverage plan drawn on your actual floor plan.

  2. 02

    Design

Camera placements, zones, rack layout, and a fixed, itemized quote. No allowances, no "TBD" lines, no surprises on the invoice.

  3. 03

    Install

Clean cabling, tuned cameras, labeled racks — around your operating hours, not instead of them. Tested channel by channel before we pack up.

  4. 04

    Support

Live monitoring, scheduled health checks, and a local team that picks up when you call. Nights, weekends, holidays.

Busy, loud, wide-open buildings.

High ceilings, packed floors, and long cable runs are where most installs fall apart. They are where we do our best work.

Break-ins find the corner the camera missed.

So we design around how the building is really used and where it is really exposed — then put our name on the install.

Three buildings, eighty cameras, and paging in every room — installed without closing us for a single day. When a switch died at 1am, they were on it before we opened.

  1. Licensed & insured

State-licensed low-voltage contractor carrying full liability cover.

  2. 24/7 response

Live monitoring and a local team on call — nights, weekends, holidays.

Trained and certified on every platform we install and support.

  4. Workmanship warranty

Labor and cabling guaranteed. Our install, our problem.

Asked often.

Can you work with the cameras I already have?

Usually, yes. If your existing cameras are ONVIF-compatible we fold them into the new system and only replace what genuinely underperforms. The survey tells us which is which.

Do you install around business hours?

Yes — nights and pre-open mornings are normal for us. Restaurants and parks cannot close for a week, so we schedule the loud work around your floor.

What happens after the install?

Monitoring, scheduled health checks, and a local number that answers. Labor and cabling carry a workmanship warranty — if it is our install, it is our problem.

Can one quote cover cameras, audio, and networking together?

That is the point of RDM. One survey produces one itemized quote across every trade we carry, riding on one network backbone — no vendor stack, no finger-pointing.

Do you handle multi-site rollouts?

Yes. Franchise groups and multi-building operators get one design standard, phased installs per location, and a single dashboard over all of it.

Book a site survey.

Tell us about the building. We walk it, scope the system, and send a fixed quote. No pressure, no jargon.
